Access to Capital Boot Camp
The Access to Capital Accelerator Program (A2C) is a comprehensive program designed to help small business owners increase their chances of getting approved by the BBIC or Pathway Capital Funding. Through a combination of hands-on-coaching, financial guidance, and educational resources, the A2C bootcamp helps businesses develop financial readiness guidance in applying for funding.
Our Goal
- Facilitate qualifying and applying for funding for small, minority, and women -owned businesses.
- Increase the number of loans and the capital received by small businesses who traditionally experience barriers to funding
- Maximize jobs created in low-moderate income communities

Eligibility
- Your business can be a startup or growing business
- You must be dedicated to business and have a plan for startup or growth
- Your business cannot be in the following industries: Rideshare, Cannabis, Real Estate Investments, Transportation or Airbnb.
- Your business must be in Palm Beach County or the Treasure Coast of Florida

Session 2 – How Much Funding Do I Need and Can My Business Afford It?
- Financials and their Impact on Credit Decisions
- Estimating Project / Start Up Expenses
- Completing Financial Projections
Homework Deliverable: Uses of Funds, 3 Year Financial Projections
Session 3 – Utilizing Credit as an Asset
- Completing a PFS to determining my Net Worth
- Understanding the Impact of Credit on the Loan Decision
- Soft Pull of Credit Report and Ways to Mitigate Poor Credit
Homework Deliverables: Personal Financial Statement, Letters of Explanation, Mitigating Documentation
Session 4 – Can I Get the Backup for That? Documentation and Forms
